A recent illustration created to accompany a friend’s short story about a cat navigating a post-apocalyptic dystopia to reunite with its owner. Designed in Clip Studio, the piece was first rendered in greyscale to establish strong values, then enhanced with gradient mesh coloring and contrasting tones to create mood and focus.
